Congratulations on your purchase of the SymFit® Functional Mobility 2 Pack. Lets address the foundation of your neck pain, joint misalignments driving joint breakdown and soft tissue overload. This purchase provides you with 2 private virtual physical therapy workouts with a SymFit® certified PT as well as access to level 1 workout videos. Your private sessions must be consumed within 3 weeks, they must be consumed before progressing to Phase 2 of the program.
The following will be accomplished;
• You will learn how to get into Neutral Spine Alignment (NSA)
• Daily exercises to improve mobility into NSA
• Ergonomic consultation on how to work and sleep in NSA
• We will identify which self-correction techniques are most appropriate for you
• You will be competent in performing Workout #1 on your own
