2. Self-Correction Technique: Neck Stretch + Back Stretch
3. Neutral Spine Conditioning Exercises:
▪ Chest Lift Series to level 2 - Arm Floats from Quadriped maintaining NSA
▪ Head Nod Series to level 2 - Arm Floats from Goal Post Position maintaining NSA
4. Functional Conditioning Exercise:
▪ Walking Series to level 2 - Marches + Step-ups holding hands across chest
▪ Lifting Series to level 2 - Squats with ball taps
